Wedding car winners

We would like to thank all the people who took the time to email us nominating a wedding cars for heroes. These heroes ranged from nurses to people ensuring our power supplies continued to work. We had in excess of 100 nominations over the six categories, which was absolutely fantastic. A massive recognition of the importance of these people that are at present our essential workers. In so helping to keep us all safe with supplies.

Along our journey of receiving the nominations a few things changed for us. We realised, as fantastic as it was giving away 6 luxury wedding car hires. All the nominees were in fact doing a terrific job or role in all our lives and the community.

Hence we added, that everyone nominated would receive a unique discount code from us if they were not lucky enough to be pulled out the hat. We felt very strongly that every hero deserved to be a winner.

Finally being an old romantic at heart, one story touched us so much. That we decided to give them a free wedding car also.

Choice for wedding car winners. Please choose your desired wedding vehicle, either our Mercedes E Class 6 door limousine or Mercedes S Class S350L.

If you would like an alternative wedding car from our fleet that is available that is fine. Consequently though you would have to pay the difference. So, eg. the S63L AMG you would pay £90 for our standard package. If you would like an additional car. Just book it as standard.

The above dates are transferrable (subject to availability) in the event your wedding cannot take place due to Covid 19 in 2020.

Wedding car discount code

Everybody is a winner, as we are giving you 1/2 price wedding car hire. Yes 50% off our luxury wedding car service. Therefore, every hero nominated who did not win will win. Thus receiving a discount code to use on our wedding cars. So as a massive thank you, we will email you a code to use. The code will be valid for 7 days. After 7 days the code will no longer be valid and you will not be able to apply the discount.

You will only be able to use this discount code for one wedding car. So if you require more than one vehicle, you will need to use the current code swwc10 for the 2nd vehicle onwards.

Also should you decide to personalise your wedding car. Eg. Personalise the flags or ribbons or upgrade your chauffeurs uniform. Even upgrade your champagne, you will receive 50% off with your code. Please view our Tailor page for more details.

Booking your wedding car

Is easy with our simple booking system. Please visit our wedding cars page. Enter your wedding date in the availability filter. So now you will be shown the wedding vehicles available for your day. Choose your wedding car and add your options to it. The cost of your wedding car hire price will be shown will be shown at all times.

Maybe use the mileage guide to help you know what mileage package you require. Just select a county and then the town nearest to your wedding venue or pick up address. Once done continue to checkout and then enter your code.

At present you can book your wedding car for only £10. We are deferring the balance of the deposit until September 2020. When you would need to either pay the deferred £90 deposit or choose our wedding car hire payment choices.

Also we understand that some of you may have wedding dates that may unfortunately have to be moved due to Covid 19. That is fine, we have already moved over 100 booked wedding cars so far this year. So don’t worry, should the worse happen we will honour the booking to your new date (subject to availability). So ensuring you have the perfect wedding day.

Existing customers

We realise that a few of existing customers being essential workers also entered. Also that you have already booked a wedding car or cars. So we can either offer you 50% off another wedding car or a luxury honeymoon transfer to the airport. Plus our luxury yes to the dress shopping experience. Also of course adjust your existing booking. So the choice is yours.
