What is the holding fee?
The holding fee is just £10 to secure your booking for 48 hours. We will contact you within that time to confirm the details of your booking.
How much is the deposit?
Full deposit is £100 per car which includes the holding fee.
How do I work out the mileage between collection and venue?
Mileage is worked out from our postcode CO10 7EH to your destinations and then return to CO10 7EH.
The easiest way to work this out is to go into either AA route finder or Google maps, simply add our postcode then enter your destination postcode and route, Google/AA router will then work out the miles for you.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We have a spare car, plus all our vehicles are fitted with trackers so, should this ever happen, we can respond quickly.
What time does SWWC arrive?
We arrive 15 minutes before the first departure time as standard. However we can tailor this to your needs.
When does the hire time start?
On arrival, 15 minutes before first departure time
Can you arrive earlier for photographs?
Yes we can, just get in touch with SWWC in advance to give us some warning. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change the chosen ribbon colour or suits?
Yes, as long as you give us 7 days notice
Is there a maximum rental time?
We tailor our services to suit you, so if you require more time for your special day, then we'll happily cater for it.
Will the chauffeur provide help getting in and out of the car?
We take pride in our service. Helping you in and out of the car and even carrying your wedding train to prevent it getting dirty is all part of the service. Nothing is too much trouble for our passionate Chauffeurs at SWWC.
What happens if it's raining?
We carry four umbrellas in each car. Your personal Chauffeur will do their upmost to keep you dry.
